Gender Studies is the field of research that not only permeates almost all of my research but the one that accompanies my research the longest. Be it representation of women’s anger, gender and relationship dynamics in film, or literary subgenres with a female-dominated readership.
FILM STUDIES
Film Studies is probably the field of research closest to my heart, as nothing has shaped my perspectives on culture as much as film has.
POPULAR CULTURE STUDIES
Popular Culture Studies is crucial to my research as it enables the intersection of marxist theory, intersectionality and reception studies.
